(de) In Gold ein Abt mit schwarzer Kutte, die Rechte mit zwei ausgestreckten Fingern segnend erhoben und in der Linken einen silbernen Kelch haltend, begleitet oben von zwei blauen Sternen.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on June 8, 1994.

The arms show a canting abbot, which also appeared on the oldest known seal of the village, dating from 1739.

The two stars symbolise the two villages in the municipality, Abtsbessingen and Billeben.
