Origin/meaningThe arms were granted on April 4, 1976. The right half shows in the upper part the chevrons of the Counts of Hanau, and in the base the cross of the State of Fulda. Both had several possessions in the territory of the municipality. The leaf is a chestnut leaf with seven branches, for the seven villages in the municipality (Eichenried, Heubach, Ober-, Mittel- and Niederkalbach, Uttrichshausen and Veitsteinbach). The base shows a wavy bend for the Kalbach river. Contact and SupportPartners: Your logo here ?
