Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on January 10, 1956 and continued in 1969.
The arms were newly devised in 1956 as no historical arms or seals were known for Bruch-Mühlbach or Mühlbach im Bruch. The water-mill wheel and the wavy bar are canting for the Mühl-back (mill-stream). The reeds are symbolising the Bruch ('moor' or 'marsh') part of the name.
