Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on July 1, 2019.
The arms show the three castles in the municipality, the Wandersleber Gleiche, Wachsenburg and Mühlburg. The hill refers to the local geographical situation. The arms now show 8 stars, one for each of the villages in the municipality.
The previous arms showed the same composition, but with six stars. The new stars were added after the merger of 2018.
