Wappen von Bad Colberg-Heldburg/Arms (crest) of Bad Colberg-Heldburg
Official blazon
German

In Rot ein silberner Zinnenturm, an den ein goldener Löwe seine Pranken legt.

English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The arms are hose of Heldburg and are known since the 14th century. The meaning of the lion and the tower is not known. The lion is probably derived from the arms of the Counts of Thüringen, who ruled the city at the time.
