German heraldry:

Selected collector's items from Germany:

KREMPERHEIDE

State : Schleswig-Holstein
District (Kreis) : Steinburg
Amt : Amt Krempermarsch

Kremperheide.jpg

Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on November 16, 1999.

The arms show a canting Erica plant (Heide is Erica sp.) on a small hill, which symbolises the landscape. The plough stands for the agricultural character of the village. The wheel symbolises the industry, but also the fact that many inhabitants commute every day.
