Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on May 17, 1994.

The demi-eagle is taken from the arms of Brandenburg. The pine tree is a very typical tree in the area. The wavy base refers to the many ponds, lakes and waterways in the area.

The arms are now used by Michendorf.

To the Amt belonged:

  • Fresdorf
  • Langerwisch
  • Michendorf
  • Stücken
  • Wildenbruch
  • Wilhelmshorst
