Gespalten von Silber und Blau; vorn eine schwarze Tanne, hinten auf gesenktem silbernem Balken sitzend ein golden bewehrter silberner Falke mit roter Haube, goldenem Halsband und Kopfputz.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on December 29, 1958.

The pine tree is canting, Wald means forest. The falcon is taken from the arms of the Lords von Falkenberg, who still live in the village.
