GOSBACH
State : Baden-Württemberg
District (Kreis) : Göppingen
Incorporated into: 1975 Bad Ditzenbach
German | In Schwarz auf grünem Hügel eine silberne Kapelle mit Dachreiter, rechts ein grüner Baum. |
English | blazon wanted |
Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on October 12, 1957.
The arms show the local chapel in the forest and are derived from the seal of the 1930s. Previously the council used a seal with in the chief the deer antler of Württemberg and in the main shield a crosier for the Ursberg Abbey, to which the village church historically belonged.
