Von Schwarz und Gold schräggeteilt, oben links ein rotbewehrter und -bezungter goldener Löwe, unten rechts ein linksgewendeter roter Pflug.

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on October 23, 1981.

The village historically belonged to the Counts of Zweibrücken and later to the Dukes of the Pfalz-Zweibrücken. The lion of the latter is shown in the upper half. The plough in the lower half is a symbol for the agricultural character of the village and is shown in the colours of Zweibrücken.
