Official blazon
In Rot das schwebende Brustbild eines Mannes in natürlicher Gesichtsfarbe mit silbernem Haar und Bart, am Hals ein blauer Gewandsaum, golden besäumt und mit fünf goldenen Röschen belegt, beseitet von zwei aufrechten goldenen Schlüsseln mit abgewendeten Bärten.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on April 10, 1858, abolished and changed in 1973 and restored on June 9, 1995.
