COUNTY KIRCHBERG
German |
Origin/meaningThe County Kirchberg was a small county located in the present-day German state of Baden-Württemberg. It existed as an independent territory until 1805 when it was mediatised to Bayern. In 1810 it came to Württemberg. The arms show the arms of the oldest COunts of Kirchberg (ruled until 1519) and have been part of the arms of later ruling families for the territory.
