Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on July 18, 1975.
The arms show the lion of the Pfalz with a wavy bend as a canting element (Bach is stream, brook).
Previously the village used a tulip in the arms, taken from an 18th century seal. The arms with the tulip were not officially granted.
