In Blau auf grünem Boden zwischen zwei rot bedachten silbernen Rundtürmen ein Gebäude mit rotem Dach, belegt mit dem Rautenschild. Origin/meaningThe arms are based and nearly identical to the oldest seal of the town, which dates from 1374. The arms show a gate, as the town had walls, even though it was not a city, and the arms of the Dukes of Bayern. All seals and later images show the same composition.
