Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on ?
The three fleur-de-lys refer to St. Anthony of Padua, the local patron saint. The crosier symbolises the Abbey of Prüm, to which the village belonged until 1800. The points refer to the -feld part of the name, meaning here a mountain meadow.
