Origin/meaningThe arms were granted on October 31, 1983. The anchor and billets in the upper right field are taken from the arms of the former Reitpoltskirchen estate, to which the village belonged until 1793. The Reitpoltskirchen estate was in medieval times a possession of the Counts of Bolanden. The wheel in the base of the arms is taken from the arms of Bolanden in revered colours. The church in the left field is a canting element (Kirche=church) and is shown based on the local church. Contact and SupportPartners: Your logo here ?
