Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on March 30, 2017.
The pine trees in the upper half refer to the local pine forests, which were already mentioned in 1230. The municipality is still known for its nature, including the number of forest- and meadow birds. The lapwing is still a common bird in the area.
