In Gold drei blaue 2:1 gestellte Kirchtürme, die beiden oberen mit spitzem, der untere mit barockem Helm.

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on November 28, 1983.

The three churches symbolise the three villages in the municipality, all with a name ending on -kirch (church). The colours aare derived from the arms of the Plettenberg family, who built the local castle.
