AMT FALKENBERG-HÖHE
State : Brandenburg
District (Kreis) : Märkisch-Oderland
German | In Grün ein silberner Falke auf einem mit blauem Wellenbalken belegten goldenen Dreiberg, links überhöht von einem goldenen Kastanienblatt. |
English | blazon wanted |
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on May 2, 1996.
The falcon on a hill is canting (Falken-Berg). The chestnut is a common tree in the area and represented by the leaf. The leaf was also part of the arms of Brunow and Heckelberg-Brunow. The wavy bar symbolises the Gamengrund river.
To the Amt Falkenberg-Höhe belong:
- Beiersdorf-Freudenberg
- Falkenberg
- Heckelberg-Brunow
- Höhenland
