In Grün ein schräglinker silberner Wellenbalken, begleitet oben von einem goldenen Dingstock, unten von einem goldenen Rad mit acht Speichen. Der Dingstock besteht aus einem kurzen Schaft, der oben in drei Ösen endet, durch die jeweils ein Ring gezogen ist.
