Selected collector's items from Germany:

IBACH

State : Baden-Württemberg
District (Kreis) : Waldshut

Wappen von Ibach (Schwarzwald)

Official blazon

In Gold ein abgebrochener roter Abtsstab zwischen je einem aus der rechten unten linken Schildflanke kommenden grünen Dreiberg.

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted in 1911 and show the geographical situation of the area, the Ibach valley. The crosier is taken as a symbol of the St. Blasien and Stein am Rhein Abbeys which both had considerable possessions in the area for many centuries.
