EINBACH
State : Baden-Württemberg
District (Kreis) : Ortenaukreis (until 1972 Wolfach)
Incorporated into : 1971 Hausach
Official blazon
In Silber auf erhöhtem, von einem blauen Pfahl schartenartig ausgeschnittenem grünem Schildfuß zwei grüne Tannen.
Origin/meaning
The arms were designed and adopted in 1905.
The arms were based on the 19th century seal of the village. Both the seal and the arms symbolise the fact that the village consists of two parts separated by the Kinzig river. The arms are thus canting, both in composition as well as in the colours.
