Geteilt; oben in Blau eine fliegende silberne Möwe; unten von Schwarz und Gold geschacht.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on November 4, 1997.

The arms were designed in 1987 and show in the upper half a seagull as a symbol for the coast. The lower half is taken from the Lords of Putbus, to which the village historically belonged.
