In Rot ein goldener Doppelhaken. Origin/meaningThe oldest known seal of the village dates from 1495 and already shows a shield with the hook. Similar seals are known from 1521 and 1626. The meaning or the origin of the hook is not known. In a 19th century seal the hook appears without a shield, but surrounded by laurel branches. The arms were officially granted in January 1901 in the colours of Baden, as no historical colours were known. Contact and SupportPartners: Your logo here ?
