In Gold ein mit einem senkrechten silbernen Fisch belegter roter Pfahl, überdeckt von einem gesenkten blauen Wellenbalken; vorne ein steigender, rot gekrönter und bewehrter schwarzer Löwe; hinten ein schwarzer Steinbock.
