HAVERLAH
State : Niedersachsen
District (Kreis) : Wolfenbüttel
Samtgemeinde : Samtgemeinde Baddeckenstedt
German |
Origin/meaningThe arms were granted on May 5, 1967. The arms were newly designed in 1967 as there are no older seals or arms known for the village. The -lah part of the name means 'forest', and hence a deer was chosen, as these animals are abundant in the forest around the village. The colours are those of the State of Hildesheim, to which the area historically belonged. Contact and SupportPartners: Your logo here ?
