German	Quadriert von Gold und Silber durch ein durchgehendes schwarzes Kreuz; im ersten und vierten Felde drei schrägbalkenweise gestellte blaue Rauten, im zweiten und dritten Felde ein gestürzter schwarzer Anker, dessen Schaft von einem nach links gerichteten schwarzen Pfeil überdeckt ist.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on March 25, 1954.

The arms combine elements from the arms of Drolshagen city and Drolshagen-Land (the only two municipalities in the Amt). The black cross is the arms of the State of Köln, to which the area historically belonged.

The following municipalities belonged to Amt Drolshagen:

• Drolshagen-Land
• Drolshagen Stadt
