Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on April 10, 2008.
The cross refers to the fact that the village was a historical possession of the Teutonic Knights (1258-1809). The stork symbolises the fertile soil in the municipality. The tower refers to the former castle in Klieken and the two stars refer to the two villages.
