In Silber ein rechtsgewandter schwarzer, gold bewehrter Habicht auf einem grünen, mit einem schräglinken silbernen Wellenbalken belegten Dreiberg.

Origin/meaning

The arms are canting, showing a hawk (Habicht) and a stream (Bek, Bach), The small mountain symbolises the Baumbergen area in the municipality. The silver and black colours are derived from the arms of the Von Twickel family, who lived for many times on the local estate.
