Country : Germany State : Niedersachsen District (Kreis) : Harburg Samtgemeinde : Hollenstedt |
German | Von Blau und Silber zweimal gespalten, über alles eine goldene Dreiknopffibel aus der Völkerwanderungszeit. |
English | blazon wanted |
Origin/meaning
The three fields symbolize the villages of Regesbostel, Holtorfsbostel and Rahmstorf, which make up the municipality. The three-button fibula from the 5th to 6th century AD was found on a burial ground near Rahmstorf and points to the early settlement of the Regesbostel area.
