Im roten Schildfuß eine von je einem sechsstrahligen goldenen Stern begleitete, eingeschweifte silberne Spitze, darin ein sechsstrahliger goldener Stern; darüber in Gold ein aufrechter, rot gezungter schwarzer Bär, der einen silbernen Baumstamm auf der linken Schulter trägt.
