Wappen von Waldstetten (Günzburg)/Arms (crest) of Waldstetten (Günzburg)
Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms show a harrow, as a symbol of the local agriculture and the cross of the Teutonic Order. The harrow already appeared on the first seal of the town, in 1421. All later seals until the early 19th century show a harrow in different shapes and positions. The cross was added in the early 19th century and is a reminder of the fact that the Teutonic Order owned the town. The arms have not been changed since.
