(de) In Silber ein Benediktinermönch in schwarzer Kutte mit goldenem Nimbus, in der rechten Hand ein goldverziertes rotes Buch, in der linken einen roten Krummstab mit goldener Krümme haltend.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on January 7, 1997.

The arms show a Benedicatn monk, as the area was developed by Benedictans and the village had a a Benedictan church.
