Im rot-silbern gespaltenen Schild ein Adler in verwechselten Farben, belegt mit einem silbern-schwarz gevierten Herzschild.

Origin/meaning :
The arms were officially granted on August 11, 1994 and again after the mergers on March 4, 2004.
