- (de) Über Schildfuß, darin Eisenhutfeh von Silber und Blau, gespalten; vorne dreimal geteilt von Rot und Gold, hinten in Gold ein halber, rot bewehrter schwarzer Adler am Spalt.
Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on March 8, 1976.
The arms are a combination of elements from the arms of the old districts. The bars are taken from the Gunzenhausen arms, the base from Weissenburg district and the eagle from Weissenburg city.
