In Rot auf grünem Boden ein Reiter in stählerner Rüstung, es handelt sich dabei um den heiligen Georg, auf weissem Ross, einem grünen Drachen die Lanze in den Rachen stoßend.

Origin/meaning

The arms show the local patron saint, St. George killing the dragon. The oldest known seal dates from the 18th century and already shows the saint.
