Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on January 26, 1976.
The upper half shows an oak branch, which is taken from the seal of Falkenstein estate, to which the village historically belonged. The lower half shows a dragon, symbol of St. Cyriacus, patron saint of the village. The village original name is also Cyriaksweiler.
