Origin/meaning

The arms were granted in 1901.

The arms show the arms of the 15^th century Lords of Immendingen. The State Archives proposed these arms in 1900, as no historical seals or arms of the village were known. Only during the 19^th century the village used a seal with some symbols for agriculture.
