Origin/meaning

The wagon wheel symbolizes the formerly important timber handling in the municipality. The two wavy bars point to the Este and Seeve rivers, which flow through the area. Wood and forest wealth is represented by the pine, whose four roots symbolize the four villages in the municipality.
