German In Grün auf goldenem Boden ein rot-fundamentierter und rot-gezinnter silberner Turm mit schwarzer Tür und schwarzen Rundbogenfenstern, beseitet von je einem goldenen Lindenblatt.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on August 18, 1995.

The arms show the water tower designed by Ferdinand Kindermann and a local landmark. The tower stands on a small hill, which is also shown in the arms. The two linden leaves symbolise the two very large linden trees in the municipality at the time.
