Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on April 24, 1986.
The three symbols represent the three former Ämter; the horse for Travethal, known for the horse breeding, the antler for Prostorf, for the large number of deer in the area, and the wheel for Segeberg. It represents the water mill in Klein Rönnau.
