Origin/meaning

The arms were adopted in 1908.

The arms are a combination from the elements of the two historical seals of the village. The oldest seal dates from the early 19^th century and showed the arms of the Counts of Sulz, who had many possessions in the area, including Rheinheim. The second seal, dating from the late 19^th century, showed only an oak branch. Its meaning is not known.
