In Blau oben fächerartig gestellt fünf goldene Ähren, unten ein goldenes Bergmannsgezähe, das Ganze umlegt mit 10 siebenstrahligen goldenen Sternen, davon je einer beidseits ins Obereck, die restlichen 8 in der unteren Schildhälfte bordweis gestellt.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on February 23, 2009.

The arms indicate with the wheatears and the miner's tools the (former) importance of agriculture and mining for the municipality. These are surrounded by 10 stars, one for each of the former municipalities.
