Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on April 20, 1998.
The rooster and branch already appeared on the historical seal of the village, but the meaning or origin is not known. Already in 1938 the local council applied for arms using the rooster, but the procedure was not completed. Only in 1998 the arms were formally granted.
