In gespaltenem Schild vorne in Grün ein linksgekehrter goldener Abtsstab, hinten in Gold auf grünem Boden eine grüne Tanne.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on ??-??-1935.

The crosier refers to the two monasteries of Hirsau and Reichenau, which had large possessions in the area. The pine tree refers to the -hardt (forest) part of the name and to the local forests.
