Selected collector's items from Germany:

TETTENWEIS

State : Bayern
District (Kreis) : Passau
Additions : 1970 Oberschwärzenbach, Poigham

Wappen von Tettenweis

Official blazon

In Silber ein dreimal von Schwarz und Rot gespaltener Zickzackbalken, beseitet oben von zwei blauen heraldischen Rosen, unten von einer liegenden schwarzen Hirschstange.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on March 9, 1982.

The arms combine elements of the arms of the former owners of the Tettenweis Estate (Hofmark); the Schachner family used a zig-zagged bar, the Adlzreiter family used a rose and the Lords of Joner used a black deer antler.
