German	Geteilt, oben in Silber ein rotes achtspeichiges Steuerrad, unten in Blau sieben silberne Fische. Die Flagge der Gemeinde Priepert ist gleichmäßig gestreift von Blau und Weiß, in der Mitte des Flaggentuchs liegt auf jeweils zwei Drittel der Höhe des blauen und des weißen Streifens übergreifend das Gemeindewappen. Die Höhe des Flaggentuchs verhält sich zur Länge wie 3 zu 5.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on July 9, 2020.

The seven fish symbolise the seven lakes in the municipality: the Große Priepertsee, Kleine Priepertsee, Große Wangnitzsee, Kleine Wangnitzsee, Ellbogensee, Zerling and the Ziernsee. Th eupper half shows a ship's wheel, indicating the importance of shipping for the municipality.
